CREAM OXIDIZATION STOPPER AND CUTICLE SEALANT
Cream chemical process stopper with antioxidizing, repairing and hydrating Shea Butter. Formulated to neutralize all free-radical activity and close the cuticle to seal in color molecules. Helps balance PH levels that support the cuticle for optimal deposition.
