RESTORE & AFTER does contain Wheat Amnio Acid.

Important information about Wheat Amino Acids in BOB PRODUCTS

Wheat amino acids, commonly used in cosmetics and skincare products for their moisturizing, conditioning, and nourishing properties, are derived from wheat proteins and undergo a process known as hydrolysis. Despite this process's intention to reduce gluten content, it's imperative to understand that wheat-based ingredients, such as wheat amino acids, may still retain traces of gluten.

While we meticulously strive to select ingredients free of gluten, it's crucial to acknowledge that while it's entirely plausible that our wheat amino acids are devoid of gluten, we currently lack third-party testing to ascertain this with 100% certainty.

Moreover, it's worth noting that the FDA's regulations on gluten-free labeling for cosmetic products are not as stringent as those for food products. This regulatory gap unfortunately opens the door for some companies to potentially mislead consumers with their labeling practices.

As a company dedicated to transparency and integrity, we must remain vigilant in our commitment to honesty, especially when it comes to matters as significant as allergen disclosure.
