Back of Bottle™ products are innovative, high performance, clean, green beauty. Enhancing the health and well-being of scalp and hair, Back of Bottle™ / BOB™shampoos have NO sulphates or other harsh surfactants that may strip natural oils and irritate skin. Back of Bottle™ / BOB™ shampoos + conditioners have NO silicones which can build up on scalp and skin, causing issues.

Sustainability looks past what is in our bottle and takes a look at the bottle itself. We use more sustainable packaging wherever possible, taking each component past single use. All our plastic containers are either 100% or 50% Post Consumer Recycled Plastic (PCR), and our outer cartons are 100% recycled cardboard and FSC certified.

SHIPPING & RETURNS

Back of Bottle™ currently ships to the United States and Canada.

If you have a problem with our products, your order or anything at all, we will solve it! A replacement, store credit or a refund* will be issued. Find the order you want a refund for in the "My Orders" section.  Open the order and scroll down to the "Actions" section, hit the "return" button.  Fill out the return request form and submit.   Our Partner Engagement Team will review and respond.  You can check the status of your refund under the "refund" tab in your account management.  *Refunds are subject to approval.

SHOPPING ONLINE

We accept all Visa, Mastercard and AMEX credit cards.  Credit cards can be stored on your account.  To store your credit card information, login into your account and select the "payment method" tab and add the credit card information.  

No, there is no minimum purchase policy.

ORDERS & ACCOUNTS

For orders that have not shipped, you can view the status of your order by clicking on "view my order" in your order confirmation email. For orders that have shipped, you can view the status by clicking here.

Tracking numbers can be found on the order summary of any of your shipped orders, on your shipping confirmation emails and invoices.   Go to the "my Orders" page, select the order and the tracking number will be located under 'Shipping Details". Simply copy the number and into a web browser to get the tracking status.  

Yes, if your order hasn't shipped you can cancel your order by contacting us.

You can view your order history by selecting "my orders".

You can update your account information by logging and selecting "Account Setttings", then edit your information.

You can reset your password by navigating to our login page here, and clicking 'Forgot?' beside the password entry field.  Alternatively you can change your password in the accounts section after you have signed on the "Account Settings" tab.

Yes, if your order hasn’t shipped you can cancel your order by contacting us.  

You can contact us about any orders in the acccount section under the "messages" tab. In this section you can you send messages and recieve our replies.
